How to find the time to exercise in your busy day.

December 3, 2018

Its less than a month until New Year and the time when new year’s resolutions are set.  Many include Food and Fitness goals, but why wait until January?  You may say that you don't have the time to work on your fitness but I would argue that anyone can find 12 minutes.

Here is the second of 4 total body workouts that take only 12 minutes to complete.

How many exercises do you need for a total body workout?

Take 3 exercises.

Each exercise has a progression and regression so you choose your level of challenge.

Station 1: Split Squat
Reps: 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest.
Sets: Repeat 8 times

Station 2: Press Up
Reps: 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest.
Sets: Repeat 8 times

Station 3: Leg Raises
Reps: 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest.
Sets: Repeat 8 times

If you missed last month’s 12 Minute Total Body workout check out my blog from November 11th.
