12 Minute Total Body Workout

Its only 6 weeks until New Year and the time when new years resolutions are set.  Many include Food and Fitness goals, but why wait until January?  You may say that you don't have the time to work on your fitness but I would argue that anyone can find 12 minutes.

 

Here is the first of 4 total body workouts that take only 12 minutes to complete.  

 

 

How many exercises do you need for a total body workout?

 

Take 3 exercises.


Each exercise has a progression and regression so you choose your level of challenge.

 

Station 1: Squat
Reps: 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest.
Sets: Repeat 8 times

 

Station 2: Inch Worm
Reps: 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest.
Sets: Repeat 8 times

 

Station 3: Crunch
Reps: 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest.
Sets: Repeat 8 times
