You may think that as a woman it’s inevitable that you are going to suffer with the effects of the Peri-menopause and the Menopause.  The Peri-menopause starts between 2-7 years before the menopause with fluctuations in Oestrogen causing a number of effects and symptoms including fatigue, thinning hair, weight gain, peaks and troughs of energy levels, hot flushes and digestion issues.

 

It makes sense to prepare our bodies and minds in the best way we can to minimise the negative impact of such symptoms.
