You may think that getting your food and fitness right for you is labour intensive and involves complicated food items and recipes, but it doesn't have to be difficult.  A couple of hours food preparation at the weekend will set you up for the week and support you to make the right food choices.  My Quick and Easy Thai Chicken Salad took 10 minutes to prepare and will give you four delicious lunches for the week and it also freezes really well.
