How to create a positive relationship with Food at 40+

I know what I should be eating but I just can’t do it. 


I have heard this from many clients on initial consultation and with so much information out there on healthy eating why is it so hard.  There is a lot of mixed truths on what we should and should not be eating and the idea of “Quick” fixes and magical formula’s is appealing but it’s the day to day choices we make that allow us to achieve consistency and sustain long term changes. 


Making small changes to our daily routine is what allows you to work towards success.


Over the next 5 weeks try these swops implementing only 1 per week and then adding another on week 2 and so on.


1.       Drink 3-4 litres of water per day.

2.       Eat breakfast daily

3.       If you have a sweet tooth swop the milk chocolate for dark chocolate.

4.       If snacks are your downfall and you are partial to crisps/chips choose popcorn instead.

5.       Keep alcohol to once a week and one small drink of choice.
