Be Consistent – plan a workout into your daily itinerary
It doesn’t have to be a long workout or one that requires a gym or equipment. HIIT for 15-20 mins or an interval walk/ jog/run are ideal. Keep active and consistent, forming positive small habits that culminate in long term success.
Don’t go more than 2 days in a row without a workout

Track your progress
Write down what you eat and what exercise you do. It makes you accountable and aware if you miss a day of fitness.
Maximize on the local fresh produce
Where ever you are travelling there is always fantastic “In season” local produce. Make the most of this and embrace “Real” food.
Pack your fitness clothes
Don’t give yourself a reason not to keep fit and active and pack your fitness gear. One set is enough and doesn’t take up a lot of the precious baggage allowance.
Stay motivated with a fitness tracker
There are some great fitness apps on the market, use a fitness tracker to stay on track. Its great to see your hard work paying off and keeps you motivated and supports you in creating positive food and fitness habits.
