As a client you will undertake a 10 session package over 5 weeks and receive the following:
· 1 x 30-60 min telephone consultation.
· 1 x 60 mins: Fully comprehensive Body Composition Analysis, photographs, measurements, lean muscle mass and body fat percentage on Initial and final session.
· 1 x 60 min: Initial and final Fitness Test
· 1 x 15 min: Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire and PAR-Q Analysis
· 4 x 60 mins: Weekly Food Diary Analysis with detailed written feedback by email and verbal discussion to educate you on the right food choices.
· 4 x 60 mins: Weekly bespoke nutrition advice and recipe suggestions.
· 10 x 1-1 Personal Fitness Sessions = 10 hours
· 4 x 60 mins: Bespoke Fitness plan designed and developed weekly to support progress and educate you.
· 1-1 60 min Optional emotional support session with Food and Fitness by Louise’s Well- being expert to explore your core values and motivations to Food and Fitness.
· Travelling time by Louise – (5 Mile Radius)

Louise and I set realistic goals for myself. Louise is highly knowledgeable about both food and fitness, therefore, she varies the exercises to work different muscle groups and does a mix of cardio and strength work.
