As humans it is imperative that we make the right food choices.  The relationship between food, fitness and well-being  is important in order to be the very best version of ourselves, physically, mentally and emotionally.

 

I believe in a “Real People” “Real Food” and “Real Results."  In Collaboration with you, we will develop a bespoke Food plan that works for you, fits in with your lifestyle and is sustainable long term. 

 

You will not be cutting out food groups or working in an incredibly low calorie deficit nor will you will not be following the latest fad or quick fix, instead developing good food habits in order to promote and sustain longevity.  Inevitably through the process you are likely to alter your food and drink choices but these are made through choice rather than restriction.

 

My philosophy is that Food is to be enjoyed.  Taste and look and good and nourish your body so that you can be the best version of you.

 

As our "Food" has evolved over the centuries we have seen an increase in food related diseases with obesity being the main challenge of today.  If your "Food" is correct for you then you will feel energised, alert, focused and will perform better.  Physically you will look better, clothes will fit comfortably, skin and eyes will be bright, overall improving self confidence.

 

It is a fact that you are unable to out train a poor "Food" plan, especially as we mature.  However well, your are performing in your fitness sessions, if your "Food" is right then this will only serve to enhance your performance further and allow to achieve even more.

 

With this in mind some simple steps you can do today to make changes are:

•Read the ingredients and not the nutrients and eat real food.

•Eat out of your fridge.

•Skip the processed packaged foods and eat fresh foods that were recently alive, whether that’s meat, fish, fruit or vegetables.

•Don’t eat packaged “diet food”. Often diet food in bars, boxes, and shakes is junk food in disguise.

•Drink 3-4 litres of water each day.
