I will conduct an initial body composition analysis and fitness test to assess your requirements and then create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness, potential any injuries, limitations and food. You will then be guided through an entire programme of food and fitness development, which includes your fitness, your food and your well-being. I am here to empower you.
Food and Fitness with Louise integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and sports performance. Designed to be progressive and challenging, your package will take you through all facets of food and fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile. I guarantee that our joint commitment will deliver results.
1:1 Personal Sessions: 400 AED per session or 3750 AED for a block
BUDDY SESSIONS in groups of two - 275 AED each per session or 2500 AED each for a block
SMALL Groups - 225 AED each per session or 1950 AED for a block.
New - Semi -Independent Food and Fitness Programme 2200 AED per block.
